Lungs are the most important Organ of our body. The main function of the lungs is to exchange gases in our body called Respiration or Breathing. Breathing is a process that allows Oxygen to enter into our body through air, it goes to the blood vessels in our lungs and then to all parts of our body and allow Carbon dioxide to leaves the blood.
It’s very important to keep our Lungs clean but the question is, How to do it?, so now i’m going to give you some tips to keep your lungs clean naturally.

Do yoga regularly basis for minimum 30 minutes.
2. Go Cold Turkey
Best way to protect and to keep clean your lungs. All you need to quit Smoking, Nicotine, Tobacco or any other addicted thing that can affect your lungs.
3. Bring on the Green Tea
Drink Herbal Green Tree to release toxins in the intestine that can lead to constipation.
4. Drink Carrot Juice
Drink carrot juice between breakfast and lunch.
5. Take a Hot Shower
